Comment on EPA plan to exempt glider kits

The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to eliminate its emissions requirements for glider kits. The agency says that it would no longer classify glider kits as “new motor vehicles.” A public hearing on the repeal will be held Monday, Dec. 4, at the EPA’s Washington, D.C., campus; Comments are due January 5th.
